Maserith Information Systems, LLC., is a small service oriented company that was created in 1996 by a group of experienced educators and community volunteers. The main goal has been to create value added opportunities for youth. These opportunities may take place in the public school, the home school, or community service organization. We seek to help those working in the community helping others. Our services are designed to lower the cost of managing community events and classrooms.

Many years in community event organization has led the Maserith team to create a total event management system. This online system is called Online Sports. Event directors are able to register participants and compile divisions and results online and in real-time while operating events connected around the nation or around the world.

The primary services include network consulting, interactive web site management, and integrated educational programs.

Methods of Operation:
1. Virtual sporting event hosting services will provide web based event management covering many venues.

2. The Online Classroom will provide classroom teachers with a tool to manage the classroom. Includes ability to manage grade book, give online tests, post messages to students, post assignments and to provide study resources. Also allows the ability to bring outside professionals into the classroom, and to connect several classrooms together over a project.

3. Network Consulting will be provided to client industries to develop the professional skills to their employees in working within a web environment.

4. Interactive Web Site Management will provide full service design and implementation of a multi-user interactive site for data management in an educational environment.

5. Graphic design services will provide layout and design services in the multimedia environment; computer based, print, and video.
